In a simple sentence, the goal is for our free tier to be as good as the premium tier of Wix or Wordpress.

• Able to connect custom domain! No silly subdomain shenanigans like asdf.wordpress.com or asdf.wixsite.com or asdf.my.canva.site
• No sticky ad banner! (just one small ad in the footer, like Powered by PageZest, free website hosting)
• Some limit on disk storage (1 GB?), requests per second (10 requests per second?).
• free WYSIWYG website builder.

Yes, this offer is real. Although, right now, the PageZest CMS is still being worked on.

We can easily afford to do this, because each page request should only cost us 500 KB of RAM – so cheap, we can give it away without even thinking about it.

Contrast that with WordPress. Wordpress without any plugins takes 22 MB per request – add in plugins, and it can quickly zoom up to 80 MB per request.
